A seed that doesn’t come up
It happens, even with a perfectly healthy seed: germination depends a great deal on sowing conditions. Write to us at nicolas.akatsuka@hotmail.fr within 15 days of sowing, with one or two photos and the method you used, and we will send you a replacement seed at our expense, one seed per packet purchased. Sowing must have taken place during the first season following your purchase, before 30 June.
Before sowing, read our guide again: most failures come from a medium that is too cold, or from too much water. For the rarest lines, sold seed by seed, Nicolas gets in touch to talk it through with you.
Limited stock
Our lines are produced in very small batches and the stock shown is updated in real time. If a variety nevertheless sells out after your order is validated, we will tell you immediately and offer either a full refund or an equivalent variety of your choice.
