This policy explains what personal data is collected on this site, why, and what your rights are.

1. Data controller

The data controller is:

2. Data collected

  • Contact form: name, email address, subject and message content (received through Netlify’s form service).
  • Orders: name, postal address, email, order contents. Banking data is handled directly by the payment provider and is never transmitted to us.
  • Technical data: host server logs (IP address, connection date), for security purposes.
  • Audience measurement, only if you accept it: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, device type, traffic source and purchases made (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity).

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to enquiries sent through the contact form (legitimate interest).
  • Processing and shipping orders (performance of the contract).
  • Meeting accounting and legal obligations (legal obligation).
  • Measuring the site’s audience and improving its usability (consent, which you may withdraw at any time).

4. Recipients

Data is never sold or transferred. It is shared only with the providers strictly necessary to the service:

  • Netlify (website hosting and contact form).
  • Snipcart (basket, orders and invoice emails, via SendGrid).
  • Stripe (card payments).
  • ImprovMX (routing of emails sent to the shop).
  • Bunny.net and Cloudinary (delivery of the site’s videos and images: visitors’ IP address).
  • The carrier, for delivery.
  • Google (Google Analytics audience measurement, if you accept it).
  • Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity audience measurement, if you accept it).
  • Some of these providers are based outside the European Union (notably in the United States and Canada). These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

5. Retention period

  • Contact messages: three (3) years from the last exchange.
  • Order data and invoices: the statutory accounting retention period.
  • Audience measurement cookies: thirteen (13) months at most; your choice on the banner is kept for six (6) months.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to nicolas.akatsuka@hotmail.fr. You will receive a reply within one month.

7. Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics (Google) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) to measure its audience and understand how it is used. No audience measurement cookie is set until you have given your consent: consent is set to “denied” by default when the page loads. The consent banner lets you accept or decline; your choice is kept in your browser for six months, after which you will be asked again. To change your mind, clear this site’s data in your browser: the banner will reappear.

No advertising or personalisation cookie is set, whatever your choice. Cookies strictly necessary for the basket and payment do not require consent.

8. Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country — in France, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
