1. Purpose and scope
Any order placed on this site implies unreserved acceptance of these terms. They apply to sales made to consumers residing in the European Union countries served by the site.
2. Products
The products offered are seeds from personal selections or competition-proven varieties. Photographs and descriptions are illustrative and are not contractual as to the exact appearance of the plants or fruit obtained.
Varieties in the “Elite Line” are produced in very small quantities (a few seeds per season). Their availability is limited and updated in real time: an order cannot be fulfilled beyond the stock displayed.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros. The applicable VAT regime is as follows:

4. Ordering
The order is confirmed once the basket is validated and these terms accepted. A summary email is sent to the buyer. The publisher reserves the right to cancel any order showing an obvious anomaly or in the event of a stock shortage.
5. Payment
Payment is made online at the time of ordering, through a secure payment provider. No banking data is stored by the publisher.

6. Delivery

7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer law, the buyer has fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without needing to give a reason.
Seeds must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged. Return costs are borne by the buyer, except in the event of our error. Refunds are issued within fourteen (14) days of receiving the return.
8. Legal guarantees
The buyer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by law. Any claim may be sent to nicolas.akatsuka@hotmail.fr.
9. Germination and growing results
Seeds are selected, checked and stored in optimal conditions before dispatch. However, germination and growth depend closely on the growing conditions applied by the buyer: temperature, substrate, watering, light and care.
Consequently, no guarantee is given as to individual germination rate, final fruit size or any competition performance. The records mentioned on the site illustrate the potential of the lines, not a guaranteed outcome.
10. Claims and mediation
In the event of a dispute, the buyer should first contact customer service by email. Failing an amicable agreement, they may use a consumer mediator free of charge, or the European online dispute resolution platform.

12. Applicable law
